Baby Kimono
I am afraid the sweater was a little tooo big, however should be a good fit by Fall.
The Pattern is from Mason-Dixon Knitting page 22. I used Plymouth Encore Colorspun worsted on size 6 needles. I love this yarn it feels great to work with and has just enough wool content for softness with no itching and best of all for babies it’s washable. The color is blue/green and has yellow and teal mixed in.The main reason I like this pattern; not much finishing….just sew up the sides and sleeves. I also made a matching hat and it is too big too<G>
Oh and most important I had fun knitting something new and it is cute as the pattern says “Heartbreakingly Cute Baby Kimono.

adorable! (the kimono isn’t bad either
)
Oh, how sweet! Don’t worry, the kimono won’t be too large for very long.
Oh, what a sweet baby! Love the sweater–lovely colors and it will be a great fit this fall! Nice work!
Donna, that is one lovely baby. The little set is absolutely gorgeous too and I love the colours. You should be proud of your handiwork. Well done.
The kimono is sweet (large is much better than small, at least it gives growing room), and the baby is adorable!
